  • What types of wooden crates do you make?

    We're happy to produce any type of crate; we make custom crates. Some crates we've made in the past and are happy to make again include crates for fragile goods, front-hinged crates intended for reuse, and mixed-material crates designed to incorporate materials beyond wood.

  • I need moving supplies for pickup today. How quickly can you have some available?

    With just a 1-hour lead time, we can have your order pre-paid and ready to go at our loading dock. Simply call us at (203) 838-0304 or email us at commpkg@commercepackaging.com.

  • I'm picking up an order, or delivering to you. You have multiple entrances. Which one should I use?

    Three images shown as one. The topmost image is Commerce Packaging's loading docks, the second is the lumberyard entrance, and the third and bottommost is the office entrance.

    Pickups and most deliveries (besides office supplies and wood) should occur at the loading docks, pictured in the topmost image.


    Deliveries of wood should occur at the lumber yard, pictured in the middle image.


    Both the loading docks and lumber yard are located off of Wilson Avenue. 


    As of 6/25/2026, inputting our address of 305 Wilson Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06854 into Google Maps will route you here. We recommend use of a navigation app's Street View and comparing it with the pictures on our website to ensure you will arrive at the correct entrance.


    Deliveries of office equipment or office supplies should occur at the office entrance, which is not located off of Wilson Avenue, but off of Gray Rock Road. The office entrance is pictured in the bottommost image.


    As of 6/10/2026, inputting 58 Gray Rock Road, Norwalk, CT 06854 into Google Maps will successfully bring you here, although you should note that 58 Gray Rock Road is not an official address for us in any respect. As mentioned above for the loading docks and lumber yard, we recommend use of a navigation app's Street View and comparing it with the pictures on our website to ensure you will arrive at the correct entrance.

  • I'm a truck driver. Do I need to back into your entrance?

    Yes, trucks must be backed in, whether you're going to our loading docks or our lumber yard.

  • I'm a truck driver. Do I need liftgates to deliver to you?

    No, you do not need liftgates to deliver to us. We have loading docks and forklifts.

  • I'm a truck driver delivering items to or for you. May I come into the building?

    Yes, truck drivers delivering items to us or on our behalf are welcome inside.

  • May I park at your facility overnight?

    No. Overnight parking at Commerce Packaging Corporation is not permitted.
